I can’t even think of one pro.
Cons
1.) Extremely toxic culture. 2.) Two members of upper management completely operate with negative intent and bully team members for results. 3.) Horrible benefits. 4.) A clock in/clock out system implemented to nickel and dime team members. 5.) PTO was taken away when individuals needed it the most as many were suffering from COVID. 6.) No stability with position or pay regardless of an initial offer letter/signed contract. If it benefits the company, pay cuts will occur with more added responsibilities/roles. 7.) No evaluation process or career mentorship. 8.) Zero employee retention. 9.) Members of accounting will only respond/help with inquiries when a member of management is copied in. 10.) If individuals speak with candor and voice company concerns, they will be terminated. 11.) Unprofessional communication (cursing, references to female anatomy, etc.) from members of upper management. 12.) Company wide surveys are held to get feedback from the teams. When negative feedback is received, meetings are held to scold and show disappointment in the teams for their honest anonymous feedback. 13.) General lack of care for the well being of the team members. 14.) Hiring process is inefficient. 15.) They pride themselves on being cheap, cheap, cheap! The desire to be so competitively cheap generally just results in a bait and switch estimate to the client. 16.) Any time a team member resigns, Transglobal takes no accountability for the treatment of the team member and instead tells others that “they can’t handle the pressure” and “we will easily replace them.”
