Be warned, virtually everything you are told during the interview process is different to the reality. The sales structure is a commission only pyramid system, where commission rates end up half what was stated, as splits with a colleague who "once spoke to the cleaner at the company you are selling to" are common place. Hierarchy is based on time served and not ability, and the level of mid-management skills are as low as I have ever encountered in any organisation. Unless you are earning money for them (via the pyramid) they will treat you like something they have trodden in (bullying and belittlement are the norm). Any incoming leads are awarded on a favoritism basis, as is just about everything else in this company. Seriously, stay away for your own good and health.
