Translogistics truly cares for its employees just as much as its customers. One thing I like about this company is the owner's "open door" if we have any suggestions, major problems, or concerns he is always there and glad to hear what we really think.
Cons
I read a negative review on here, to be honest, back than I would have left a very similar one, I was considering leaving. The place i started working at was no longer the same environment at all. I decided to sit tight and see if things worked out. Sure enough the company moved on without the CFO & EVP that started turning this company into a game of politics to get anything done. Although I don't always agree with some promotions, I am pleased the company environment turned out to be a great place to work once again.
