Please be aware of the nature of working at Transmission. Poor leadership and cultural values. From highly inappropriate internal relationships, to offensive and inappropriate office behaviour, working at Transmission shocked me on a daily basis. I noticed a lot of bullish behaviour from senior management which noticeably impacted various teams. After reporting such behaviour (numerous times), nothing was done about it as there was a clear layer of protection for those at the top.
There is a serious problem regarding respect. They claim they "support" employees mental well-being, however, their bullying-styled leadership suggests otherwise. Senior leadership has no accountability of how their line-managers treat others. They would rather make an employee redundant instead of facing the real issues. A highly immoral place to work. To add - the redundancies over the past year haven't been handled with any ethics or professionalism. It's mentioned that time, effort, and money has gone into building upon Transmission's culture, however, in my opinion, it takes great leadership to build an amazing work culture, not money, and certainly not sweeping bullish behaviour under the rug to protect them.
There's a real blame culture at Transmission. Unfortunately, this filters down throughout the company from the very top. I would not recommend working at Transmission. Please, don't be fooled by the "fun" online social media presence. It's forced "fun" for socials.
