      Pros

      I genuinely love working here. Salaries are fair, and I feel my professional goals are truly acknowledged and supported. The company’s fully remote setup offers incredible flexibility, which makes a huge difference for my work-life balance with a young family. There’s a real sense of excitement as the company continues to grow, and it feels great to be part of a team that’s driven, supportive, and invested in doing things the right way.

      Cons

      Not a con, but more a thought - As we grow quickly, I hope we don’t lose the people-focused culture that makes this such a great place to work. While remote work is fantastic, there could be more opportunities for company-wide team building — not just within individual teams — to help maintain that strong sense of connection.
