It used to be a great company and ran very well where they treated their employees like family. Ever since they got their new COO and brought in the investment group things have gone south including multiple layoffs of both new and long term employees. The company has shifted so much that some employees who had been staple employees of the company left willingly because it is so different than the values it was built on
