The Infinite Electronics executive team is overwhelmed, attempting to implement major changes such as new ERP system with unrealistic timelines. They don't want to hear about the problems they create, only solutions to patch the holes. They did a poor job of due diligence when they purchased Transtector and were ill prepared to manage a manufacturing business with that level of complexity. They have struggled to understand the Transtector business model and what has made the company successful. Even the health care benefits that were promised to be better under the Infinite plan are far more expensive for the employees with less coverage.
