      Questionable Leadership

      Pros

      Some nice people at the middle management ranks and below. Work-life balance not too bad although a lot of time wasted on stupid stuff. Not too bad of a place to hang out at if you need a job but there are many better places out there.

      Cons

      Executive management team is questionable at best. New people brought in that think they know everything. Raises, promotion, career advancement, minorities, etc. are rare in this company. No strategy to compete with cheaper imports.

      Good benefits HR people are fair Salary is not bad

      Cons

      In our department there was racism. There was a guy who could bully you by the way he looked at you, and since he had the same origin as the department head, he was the best employee in that department. Heavy heavy load of work Air pollution in the office

      - You are given lots of autonomy for your work - Lots of office space with coffee machine - Accumulating vacation time

      - IT infrastructure is outdated - Work culture is closed, no one really asks questions and just does their jobs
