Virtually unlimited flexibility to make the job work for you Rare full-time public company experience very friendly hours expectations for the industry very strong salary compared to my experience in public practice Lots of exposure to technical accounting issues, very high development role
Cons
Low exposure to large companies, clients are generally jr. public High autonomy can also mean high expectations, requires high level of problem solving and confidence to manage yourself that is not expected in public practice much of the time
