Poor management, no vision no strategy

The worst thing is that they want to take advantage of employees, they will put something in a contract and do other things later. The management and culture are horribles and must be reviewed, it's a very toxic environment which makes the quality of service been reduced, they don't listen to clients or employees. It seems like you're working in a factory with no rights, just accept or won't be paid for the last month.
