      As a former sales associate of TriCom, I wanted to pass along to prospective clients and consultants my admiration for this organization. I have been in the IT staffing business for 25 years and this is one of the top companies in the industry. The way they treat clients and consultants is unparalleled. They truly care about people and maintaining longstanding relationships. They are one of the best at finding and retaining talent. If you partner with TriCom, you will be successful! The leadership team of Matt Sharples, Charlie Fossell, and Doug Washington are the best in the business.

      TriCom treats their internal employees and external contract work force very well - they genuinely care about the well being of their employees and contractors; Outstanding benefits package offered to both internal employees and external contract workforce.

      Pros

      Excellent group of people - very collaborative, easy to talk to, helpful, listen and help problem solve. Compensation and bonus structure. Continued mentorship and training available. High quality clientele. Holiday parties were fire!

      Cons

      Monetary success can be based on state of Tech Industry. That being said, TriCom has an excellent reputation with their clients and continues to seek out new clients throughout the year.
