Some of the team are really good people to work with, office was nice, middle management are great.

Trouble between original Tribe employees and those acquired - lack of strategy, shared vision and communication. High staff turnover

Dog friendly, snacks and breakfast provided, good benefits, flexible work hours, great staff

Cons

Disorganized, gossipy and not a good thriving work environment. They try to take a creative collaborative approach as you can see in a lot of the responses to negative reviews they chalk it up to people not being comfortable or ready for working at a start up or the turbulence of acquiring new business... but the collaboration and creativity is surface level, they don't take it seriously. The play favourites and are inconsistent

Cons

Lack of professionalism in senior management team. Witnessed a lot of bullying toward different employees. Constant turnover in all departments. New employees are not trained properly and there are no processes. Company as a whole is disorganized and chaotic.
