Company founding family and extended family still quite active in the operation. Good reputation in the city. Structured departments and roles.

Cons

You have easy time advancing if you belong to certain background. Language and talks take precedence over skills and experience. There is no HR dept. You agree with your superior or face difficulties. Salaries are at the bottom of the range for your role. Tenure does not matter.
