Pros

The People "workers" (Not the clueless Directors or middle management yes men/women)

Cons

Where do you start... Since the last Directors left some time ago the place is shell of a company! They are Clinging on to what once was. Those days have gone. Move on. • No Training. • No progression within the company. • The company has no direction whatsoever. • Laying people off left right and centre to cut costs • Zero Job security. • Remaining unmotivated staff are waiting for the next round of redundancies. • More managers than workers • Losing Accounts every year. • They have failed to win any new business since well before the Pandemic. • They are all about "INDIA, INDIA, INDIA" they want to send all the work to INDIA. To be done as cheap as possible which will inevitably be to the detriment of the last remaining customers. • Unsustainable work model (cheap isn't always best). • No communication from above. • Blame culture. • Doesn't believe in it's own principles or act on them. • Not forward thinking. Sad to see what was a great company to work for go down the pan. Not that they will employ anyone from the UK anymore, but I would consider the above before you make the decision.

Pros

Interesting enough for an office job. Easy enough to leave at the office and forget about (when you're allowed home on time).

Cons

Was told when hired that I would very occasionally have to work weekends when in fact hours of overtime are expected every week; you will be constantly pressured if you do not agree to it. They are not the progressive company they pretend to be - after complaining about a colleague's daily racist and homophobic remarks he was promoted! I also witnessed frequent 'jokey' sexual harassment of younger female employees that went unaddressed. A very clique-y company where favourite employees who toe the company line get promoted.

We are always striving to be a company that our people love to work for and it is very disappointing to hear when we have not been able to achieve this. We strongly encourage anyone with concerns to talk with any of the leadership team at any time. You have raised some very specific concerns and we would certainly like to be able to follow-up on them. If you would like to share these concerns directly then please get in touch with me and I would be very happy to discuss them. Bob Carroll

Pros

There are no pros. Do not apply for a job here

Cons

Where should I start. Get shirty with you when you don't work overtime. No professionalism at all, managers openly discuss other colleagues personal business with other members of staff. Terrible management, particularly the Commercial Managers. I've seen people at work one minute, pulled in an office and then vanish after doing absolutely nothing wrong, especially during this pandemic. Bad behaviour appears to be rewarded. If your face doesn't fit you are ousted. Communication is horrendous. Make promises to clients which cannot and never will me kept. The list is endless. Can't wait to get out.
