      Pros

      Pay Hours Built in Overtime Location Management Room for growth Getting hired was quick and easy.

      None, nothing so far. Everything has been great.

      Pros

      Stable during the pandemic. A handful of really positive and enjoyable employees

      Cons

      No SOPs, which leads to mass miscommunications in HR. The tenured vets there run the show, and are not friendly to newcomers- even when you are out preforming them. The HR management needs a lot of work- they are aggressive and throw tantrums. Not a professional environment whatsoever. The mood changes in the office daily based on the senior recruiters attitude. A lot of inter-company conflict, not a team atmosphere. Turn over rate is high but nothing is done to change this- they just stay complacent. Not an equal opportunity employer- they will decide where they can put you based on RACE and appearance.
