Pros

Smart Metering Experience, Good Salary. All the work you could want and more. Opportunity to be involved in diverse aspects of business from sweeping the floor to leading customer and partner meetings.

Cons

Poor Holiday allowance, No sick pay in the UK, no other benefits. Difficult work life balance when having to communicate everyday with US to progress product roadmap.

Nice office, good people and flexible working

Cons

Poor approach to business, sadly poorly managed as well, Not many real products, certainly none which are new, mixed with a can do aproach makes for some difficult situations.

Lots of opportunities to learn typically about Client communciations, Smart metering technologies and particularly Hub technology. Good pay though average annual bonus.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities and undefined-growth path. Lack of vision about Company's own growth affects employee morale from time-to-time No local HR to resolve employee queries, or to facilitate employee interactions No local IT team in UK to resolve computer or IT related issues No benefits to full-time employees
