Pros
Perhaps for the first time, I feel like part of a Company where the employees actually live out the Core Values (Do the right thing, Extreme Ownership, Develop with Purpose and Passion) on a daily basis.
In my time thus far, the leadership has regularly, consistently and transparently communicated with the highest of ethics, integrity, and character I've yet to see in the construction/real estate industry (25+ years).
Trinitas is stocked with problem-solvers from top to bottom who are genuine, trust-worthy, creatively brilliant, of solid character, and all-around simply fun to be with whether rolling up the sleeves around a boardroom table, our project sites, or relaxing after hours.
In the past year alone, there have been numerous, positive changes the Company has taken on to improve both the bottom line, future prospects, and customer/employee satisfaction. In a particularly challenging and competitive marketcyle these days, I view these pivots as agile, entrepreneurial , resilient, and wise.
