Upper management is disorganized and can be unprofessional at times, not advancing internal employees and rather outside hiring as to not disrupt things more, you will be waiting at least 2 years for any type of promotion regardless of talent or experience. I was also switched to hourly from salary after being at this company for a year and a half, I do not feel that is fair considering I had orignally signed an employment contract for a salaried position.

The leadership is an insular, almost cult-like group that has little respect for their immediate and secondary reports. I've seen a senior partner on more than one occasion actually call a partner "an idiot" in an open meeting.
