      Colleagues were wonderful, helpful and very understanding.

      Management is very poor. Low salary. Low benefits. Poor work culture. High pressure. Nonstop hiring and firing culture.

      I’ve been working at Triosco Online Services Pvt. Ltd. as an Ecommerce Operations Manager, and it’s been a great experience so far. The company is still growing, so you get to be part of many new initiatives and learn across multiple areas. The management is open to new ideas and gives space to take ownership. Work environment is friendly and supportive, and everyone is approachable, including senior members. If you like challenges and want to grow with a young team, it’s a good place to be.

      Cons

      As the company is in the growing stage, some processes are still being set up, so things can be a bit fast-paced at times — but it also helps you learn how to handle real challenges.
