Total lack of knowledge outside of anything that isn’t graphics packages. They fabricate what they are, talk a big talk but can deliver on anything but a package. Chaos in every sense from budgeting, to client management to creative. Everyone that create the products they sell are freelancers. The freelancers never get paid unless they are detrimental to the next client payment and they have they must threaten to walk. CEO’s answer is that he will just hire another freelancer.

Culture used to be a big selling point for Troika however things have taken a turn for the worse ever since they moved into a new and larger building. People were always inspired and having fun in the past but now it feels as if everyone is overworked, underpaid, and demoralized. Everyday became about putting out the next biggest fire and supporting the company but that effort was rarely ever reciprocated to the staff. Low compensation. (Especially if you foreign) Long days and weekends are common. Not much room for growth -- Constantly hiring from the outside to fill in roles above current positions. Not paying freelancers -- ruins working relationships and destroys the company's and individual worker's reputation. Just plain unethical. There is a list of people that are owed thousands and thousands of dollars.
