Low pay, terrible benefits, micro managed to death, inhumane treatment, ignored by upper management if you're not FNB or Golf, alleged career opportunities are a joke including transfers unless you're a GM or Golf Superintendent, good salesmen that lied from the start of taking this project over. Did I mention the low compensation?

There’s a reason for constant job adds online for accounting roles. I’ve never seen so much turnover at a company. There is no support from management, there is no job training, they have a very backhanded management style and will write you up when something goes wrong instead of having a discussion with you first about expectations.
