You get annual reviews and an annual raise, the pay is good starting at $17.00 per hour. The managers are amazing and if you work with them they will work with you. At our location they do a great job at recognizing you for your hard work.
Cons
The training needs work, if you don't learn something during your initial weeks of training you will just get a very basic run-down of how to do something at the shop and then they will send you out on your own. Trugreen is also a very corporate company so there are issues that you run into such as customers being frustrated because we don't have a local number and the call system sucks that you can't do anything about and end up getting stuck in the middle.

If you are driven, hungry, and want to make a lot of money, then this is the job for you! Hard work pays off!!
-Great pay
-Room to advance in the company
-Great atmosphere
-Fun place to work!
-Goals to reach, to get days off!
Cons
-You will need to work Saturdays, ( during the peak season) if the team doesn't hit the goals, but at the same time, you gain another day to sell, which will reflect your pay check!
-The hours kind of suck, but that's when the customers are home, so you have a better chance of selling, which means bigger paycheck!
