Terrible, mean, condescending, and stressed management especially in Member Services department. Krisha Tormes is yells at employees, treats them like crap, has a angry and toxic attitude and never offers coaching, support, and advice. They are understaffed and have high turnover so it is not surprising. Culture is bland to nonexistant. Everyone is stressed and there is never positivity or understanding only criticism. Terrible company and terrible management. Leaders of the company do not communicate with all staff. They leadership of the company lacks diversity. There is no vision and therefore no motivation in the company. I quit without notice because of how poorly I was treated by management even when I was trying my best.
