      Pros

      Ample opportunity to grow and earn, much like being self employed with the freedom provided.

      Cons

      Every other person that we are dependent upon to help get the job done doesn’t necessarily take the job as seriously as we do as the customer’s advocate, and we may not always get the support from management to get the job done as promised in the sales meetings. Thankfully, it’s not always the case.
