      The products are good, innovative

      Cons

      Do not work for this company if you are female. In my time there I saw numerous women bullied and pushed out. They are toxic and mysoginistic. Absolutely would not recommend Trudell as an employer.

      Great products with scientific excellence in clinical data

      Cons

      Very poor management and leadership structure. Long working hours with promotions based on internal dynamics. I would not recommend this company from an employee perspective.

      good product offering, quality product. located in great city away instead of a metro expensive city like Toronto or Montreal occasional staff lunches

      Poor management vision and no solid leadership Too many levels of mgmt with no real power to direct or change anything Short term strategies only that do not translate into growth
