- The salary is great - I'm able to maintain work-life balance and there's no burnout feeling - The people are generally helpful and friendly

Cons

- Although the salary is great, the benefits aren't that great - The timezone difference with India causes some delays in getting certain responses - Some internal requests take forever (progress extremely slowly) and you could need to repeat the same ask on several calls and emails before it actually gets done
