      Truex Metier is an incredible place to work. It offers employees the opportunity to build a real business and career.

      Cons

      I don't think there are many cons, it's a less structured environment, so if you're a person that needs heavy structure, you might find that a bit more challenging.

      Upper Management is invested in your success and will give you all the resources and training necessary to reach your goals. No one in the company is ever too busy to help if you ask for it. Really collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Not a con - they are consistently investing time and resources to optimize the business. So, as someone else mentioned, changes are expected and common.
