Pros
- Collaborative team environment - Growing company with lots of growth opportunities - Minimal micro-management - Working with big clients on industry-changing projects - Flexible working hours/work from home policies
Cons
- Not a ton of structure as it is an evolving company (this is a pro for me, but to some it's a con) - There can be a lack of feedback or direction, better for self-motivated individuals vs. people who need consistent support
