Being 8 months into Trufla this is what I think: - No issues so far. But here is my advice for newcomers: even though there are not many rules and restrictions, please be responsible and follow the rules. Also, This company is racing for a major place in the industry and global market, even more than it already has and keeps on evolving quickly, therefore you might need to brace for the quick pace of change.

-Unsafe environment , during your work you can expect to have a meeting with HR and Telling you that from now you are not with us and force you to resign ( Recently in September 2023 that happened for 7 People without any justification and asking you to leave the office and not to talk to anyone there ) - There is no clear career path , only there are some of leads and no one can grow up there -If you with a good relation with the HR Manger and the Lead Manger then you will be safe , other wise be ready to be fired without listing to you . -Compensation is way below market average -Lack of Transparency - More of family business -There is no organized organization structure , all teams under the control of one person that has no time for his team .
