      Fun but at times frustrating

      Pros

      People are social and friendly, generally helpful. Lots of freedom.

      Cons

      No training, supervisors are held to different standards, the partners each do things their own way. Billing, budgeting, and planning were always taking a back seat to surprises and fire drills.
