Pros

Nice facility. Nice break room.

Cons

Technology civil war. Poor communication between team members. Entire teams of people that do not speak English well. Lackadaisical management. Poor execution. Politics and sniping. Disconnects galore.C levels in a small company should not have issues they have.

Pros

The compensation and benefits are good. Bonuses (after 1 year of service) are a big plus.

Cons

Low morale. Employees are not treated equally - some are given chance after chance while others are penalized for doing their job, but not stepping up to the plate (i.e. not fixing someone else's error).

Pros

Compensation is fair, bonus program is nice, benefit options are good and the company pays a decent percentage of the cost.

Cons

Quality work is not recognized and the culture has changed to one where employees were rewarded to one in which they are managed out. Development leadership changes frequently and creates chaos. Company priorities are puzzling. What does the PMO do to add value?
