-Catty behaviour from team at certain locations -Diminishing and demoralizing training period. Regardless of previous work experience or position you are hired into, you are required to "prove" yourself for an unspecified amount of time by working your way up from essentially the bottom level sales associate with 0 trust or responsibilities and slowly be given more responsibilities over time. As someone with excellent experience that includes retail, office and management, it was challenging to begin a new jo b with no trust or confidence from my superiors. -Low pay
