      Long hours are required, and there's frequent gossip behind your back. Team building activities are absent, and senior employees openly show favoritism towards certain individuals.

      Pros

      Room for growth, plentiful and varied work, great office culture, well-located, local work. Likely that employees will be able to work on mid-large project (mainly multi-residential) from concept to completion. Also many short-term projects such as competitions to keep the mind nimble and ideas fresh. Helpful and supportive team members and support staff. Talented in-house graphics and interiors departments.

      Cons

      Practice growing very quickly and management tactics still finding feet, so not all processes are smooth. Long working hours for the ambitious.
