Pros

Guests are great, Coworkers are great. You all know your in a poor situation so it's nice when everybody comes together to make the best of it.

Cons

A lot. Poor Human Resource Management, Poor executive decision making. This is a company who will hire a private company to come on property and partake in unionbusting and advise you that Turning Stone is doing the best it can be without needing a union. However other unionized casinos in the vacinity that are offering there employees almost $3 to $4 dollars more on entry level positions. Poor compensation and a turnover rate that far succeeds other properties.

Pros

Free Coffee, Discounted Lunches. Pizza was good.

Cons

-Accounting Managers don't have the background to support their title. -Middle managers are allowed to bully recently onboarded staff while upper management looks the other way. -There are no dress down days. -They require that you park far from the building and take their bus from the parking lot to the building, which adds between 1/2 hour to 45 mins on to your commute. -Excessive 90 day waiting period for health insurance coverage (being from Boston, I wasn't aware that companies were allowed to not offer health insurance coverage starting the 1st day of employment) -They take full advantage of their middle of nowhere location. -Employees are stuck dealing with whatever they dish out including well below average pay, because this is the only job within a 50 mile radius.

Pros

Medical and dental, 401K, PTO (for full time and salaried)

Cons

Medical benefits keep rising each year and the pay does not. Pay is NOT industry standard and raises do NOT happen. If they do happen they are only between 1-3% helps cover the new expenses for insurance. No room for advancement or pay incentives/increases! Does not listen to any advise from employees on projects.
