Pros
Because it is a smaller company, you get to work on various projects on all sides of marketing. You also get hands-on experience in all aspects of campaign creation and implementation- specifically social media. Aside from job responsibilities, the people who work at Turpin are kind and encouraging. The workplace is very positive and welcoming to all. I felt comfortable going to anyone for any questions I had. This is a great role, especially for people recently out of college or early on in their marketing career.
Cons
Not being able to buy every luxurious home they sell. (But you do get to tour them occasionally which is fun!)
