      Pros

      The team is diverse and supportive, everyone is really passionate about what they do and is always helping out each other. Learned a lot during my time there and really appreciate how TurtleTree has prepared me for future jobs and careers.

      Cons

      The startup pace could be fast and everchanging. Be prepared to work at early or late hours to accommodate a global timezone.

      Friendly people Chance to have a real say and impact Learn a lot

      Cons

      Very top heavy with a lot of executives. Executives don't really have a clue what is going on with the everyday work Poor communication- unclear direction Out and out lied, said everything was finically fine and then less than 2 weeks later over 30% layoff with no notice and no severance.
