Pros

Small discounts in service and parts, mediocre benefits, and a mostly clean working environment.

Cons

Do not even bother working here with hopes of moving up or having a decent salary. They underpay EVERYONE regardless of your experience, education, or performance. Management has no clue how to manage and deligate work loads amongst employees. They will quickly start "cross-training you" so that they do not need to fill vacant positions (ie. Pay for additional employees) and you will be called upon to stand in with the addition of your own work on a constant basis.

Management definitely has their favorites in every department. You can always tell if the management likes you. Awkward at times. Pay is not good. Even for someone working there over 15 years+
