Pros

The experience helps me strengthen my troubleshooting abilities and expand my maintenance knowledge. The crew I work with is knowledgeable and willing to share useful advice. I enjoy the variety of challenges and the opportunity to continue improving my skills through daily experiences.

Cons

Open maintenance positions are not always filled quickly, which can increase workloads across the property.

∙ Quite a bit of variety in the day — tours, applications, questions from residents, follow-ups ∙ Commissions that can really boost your income ∙ Serious training on leasing strategies and resident retention ∙ Benefits include medical insurance, paid holidays, and vacation time

Cons

You can rarely tell when you'll clock off -- things tend to pop up at the last minute.

Paid sick leave but with required months of employment.

Cons

This job can actually take so much of your time depends on how demanding your client is and some can be very demanding! But you only get paid so little for every succesful lease. If not, you get nothing!
