      Pros

      Growing company, properties located in high rental markets with little vacancy. Health benefits although terrible, is fully paid by company for employee.

      Cons

      Company is frugal when it comes to paying it's employees. Benefits are horrible. Employees are unfriendly. Long time employees are insecure and don't like to work. Management doesn't care about employees. There's no upward mobility. No team effort, your basically on your own to sink or swim. Very little procedures in place compared to most companies. Company doesn't match 401K contributions, no profit sharing or pensions programs. Profits at the company go to the owners and a few upper management people

      Pros

      I wish I could share more Pros as I had very high hopes in starting there. I like their support of the arts if I had to choose something and decent health benefits

      Cons

      Toxic environment. The negativity and condescending way the owners treat their staff trickles down into the way everyone treats eachother as well as how they treat their customers/tenants.
