      Everyone is kind and easy to work with Management are easily accessible when you have a query Plenty of opportunity for growth

      Cons

      Can be quite long hours

      Good Family Owned Company

      Pros

      It's got the right mix of a corporate and start up vibe to it. Not too corporate that you feel stifled by process but not so disorganised as a start up. Family run business to tenure seems to be quite long.

      Cons

      Lack of formal professional development and progression, but this will come with growth.

      Great Place to work

      Pros

      Good atmosphere and friendly work environment. Good work life balance. I really like the fact that I am encouraged to fix problems, create solutions, and try new things to progress how the Team works. We work in a challenging and ever-changing industry so having the freedom to try new things with the confidence of the Management Team really helps me thrive in my role.

      Cons

      Parking can sometimes be an issue.
