- Schedule flexibility - highest paying on-campus job for students - close-knit employees - Class B commercial license distribution when completing training

Cons

- leadership opportunities are strict - minimal communication from supervisors to employees (especially to those that do not physically come to the office often since many shifts start and end outside of the office)

Nice, social, able to play their own music. Kind of freeing on your mind. Nice weather at UCSD so easy driving conditions

Cons

Can't do homework, lousy, bad hours, bosses not flexible with hours, hard to switch shifts, students can be rude to the bus drivers.
