1-This Company one of the worst companies in industries.in this company, you lost personal life, freedom, enjoyment of life. and you can not give time to your family while working in this company. 2-Company Playing with Employee future and career. 3-Growth is Zero in this Company. late sitting every day up to 8 to 9 pm.officially working hours is 9 hours but it goes up to 11 to 12 hours on average. if you worked up to 10 pm and you come next day 1 minute late your salary will be deducted. Even after doing eleven hours of work every week, you can also be called on Sunday or international holidays. this is a continuous routine. 4-HR behavior is very bad behavior no support from this department. this department only showoff, if you going to this department with a complaint, it may be possible you faired by this company. 5-Here no respect of an employee, behave like a slave. management always talks about bad behavior. 6- if you some urgent work and you need to leave it very difficult to take leaves in this company. 7- This happens continuously when you have to leave the office then it comes and it is said that is urgent to do today itself. 8- Staff is less and work is more. no hierarchy in this company MD can call you anytime

1. If you are late 01 minute than you will be charged half day for it. 2. Too much work pressure and no support from seniors and top management. 3. MD attitude is very worst and he is not listening anything. 4. You have to come in all holidays and there is no appreciation from MD and managers. 5. Always scolding for work and no support from their side. 6. No advance planning in production and if material shortage than you will be responsible. 7. Frequently people being fired from their jobs in this company. 8. MD is behaving like that he is doing favor to you if he is giving job to you. 9. Many time MD used abusive worlds to their employees. So, this is my request to all readers that please please do not join this company and spoil your future.
