      .Good pay .company apparments in London . Unique job . Good work colleagues

      .Work life balance, long hours .Reactive not proactive .Poor management of work force and scheduling .Lack of interest in personal development for employes. . Lack of clarity on promotion time scales and opportunities within company . HR and pay is done in America . Not payed for travel to and from site (a 12 hour shift can easily turn into 14) . No clarity on the future of work or job security
