      - Connectivity with a range of stakeholders (financial institutions, academia, private sector organisations, think tanks, etc) - Decent salary for non-profit space - High potential for autonomy and exposure to many different areas of sustainable finance

      Cons

      - Limited career progression - Unstructured work environment with unclear hierarchies and limited middle management - Many employees spread thin across multiple projects at once, hard to keep focus - Slow to fundraise and disperse budget, and hiring process can be cumbersome due to connections with UNEP bureaucracy
