Pros

The staff in Florida are generally friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Tend to buy companies, absorb them and then close them down making many people redundant. They have a consistent track record of doing this and it has never worked out well.

A tough situation

Pros

There are some good people here who work hard despite the situation

Cons

MANY. Employees not valued - those who speak up will find themselves out the door soon. Constant management changeover - revolving door for at least five years. No clear direction - has impacted relationships with reps and customers. There are more but the reader would not believe a company could be this bad.

Challenging work environment

Pros

Worked with great, hard working people who were dedicated to the company's success. Nice facility too, in a great location within the US.

Cons

Ownership seemed to be constantly squeezing for more and siphoning cash off in the process. I'm not suggesting anything illegal, but definitely to the detriment of the organization. Seems to have negatively impacted the organization.
