Pros

Small and young campus, so everyone knows everyone. You run into all kinds of people. You have chance to take responsibility for something you didn't do.

Cons

Super high turn over, people come and go. Unqualified management everywhere. You can meet management leaders fired from Dallas College and UTA, they worth to be fired again. The jobs in UNTD are the last choice for many employees. Several management leaders only care about how to escape from obligations and blame other people/departments. You will be blamed for many things that you are not in charge of. Compensation is low compare to peer universities. location is tough. If you have no choice but UNTD's offer, go for it. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

Horrible and highly political management running the institution into the ground; no regard for faculty, staff, or students; discrimination is condoned by the highest levels of management; very low pay; waves of layoffs and bogus terminations to save money
