Pros
Good Company - Staff are allowed to be in casual attire. - Company invests on welfare of staff. - Gaming chairs for all staff. -Worklife balance is really good. - pantry is always full of snacks and drinks. -New staff are provided new macbook pro. - despite being in company not long and not confirmed , AWS was still awarded.
Cons
An environment where staff are 10/10 Chinese mainly from PRC. -Team lead refuses to communicate in English and penalize staff for not communicating in Mandarin - Team lead hires base on able to communicate and not because of knowledge. - Despite several times asking team lead to provide work and letting the management know I am capable of the job were denied as Team Lead does not want to upgrade language skills - A place where employment is based on able to communicate in Mandarin and not because of knowledge/experience - Team Lead chucks 1 one side and does not assign anything to 1 making the position redundant. Does not give any chance for staff to prove capability even when HR intervenes and chuck aside staff and not assign anything to staff.
