- full WFH with flexible hours
- great people to work with, knowledgeable, professional, but also very friendly
- interesting projects with interesting challenges, won't let you get bored
- lots of space to implement new things - everyone is open to new ideas, and they are strongly encouraged
Cons
- not a lot of benefits aside from remote work
- the start-up environment might give whiplash to someone coming from a corporate background
- stable flow of projects, very diverse in domains
- no micromanagement, work when you want, sync with the team on the general workflow and focus on delivering well written and tested features
- challenges to be solved, you don't get bored
- WFH!
Cons
- there might be some more chaotic projects (due to the clients), but the project managers keep them in check and take the stress of our shoulders (the programmers)
- not a lot of benefits outside the salary
