      1. Good benefits 2. Good equipped offices with ergonomic chairs 3. Take care of your well being and work balance 4. Nice young co workers

      Cons

      Company is restructuring all the time and laying off so it create tension Career development is so complicated, not well structured and not clear so it gives the impression that you need to be liked by the manager more than personal achievements.

      Pros

      The company is relatively open and it's easy to communicate across teams and beyond. The benefits are good and there's a good working environment.

      Cons

      Still very Finnish focused and thus means if you are not a Finnish employee you don't get as many opportunities. A lot of bureaucracy which can be tiresome. Management approach not always consistent.
