I worked at UPS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Left to your own devices unless there is a problem, meaning that you can control your work and when you achieve tasks

    Cons

Lack of support from management for customers who are aggressive or not cooperating. Issues within the department are not addressed adequately. No consistency with decisions made and accountability not taken with what has been decided.

    Advice to Management

Treat the team as people rather than a number. Work to boost morale.

    Advice to Management

Let your managers manage their staff, this is 2019 not 1970, stop the bullying and threats to sales people You won’t sell a package contract every week so grow up and understand the business model
